Our interviewing uses a BlackMagic camera which produces a ProRes format video file. This is not recognised in LumaF. When will ProRes be recognised?

Ah, so it is an Apple problem. Did not know that. Thank you Dave

LumaFusion only supports formats that can be natively handled by IOS

Yes it's possible (I guess) to write routines to handle 'non standard' formats but it's all about 'time best spent'

Now I'm guessing all the 'ProRes' people are going to gang up on me saying its the best and is a must .. but what about me - I want 12k 86 bit HDR+2

(sorry, went off on a bit of a rant there) :D

Dave does a great job patiently handling queries for no reward. The last time he ranted was probably 6 years ago. Thanks Dave.

Oh hey!
Looks like ProRes is coming to iOS. Or at least the iPhone 13.
I may have missed it but have any of the LumaTouch Gurus spoken about the new hardware and how it may be taken advantage of by LumaFusion?

Thanks for any links or info anyone can provide!
