But where is all my GB storage disappearing to? I dont get it? Before I deleted that file it said I had 6Gig free and now, even tho its gone, I have 31.7 of 32 GB used?? It makes no sense?

Im actually worse off now than I was before so I have NO chance of backing-up the packaged project to Google Drive??

Do you know why that may be?

Well, when I first contacted LumaFusion direct via email, I asked if I could do this on iPad Air 1 running 12.4.6 iOS and then (and this is the ONLY Project I have done since I purchased the app) I had 16GB free on the iPad???

This ws their response:

Hi Beej,

LumaFusion will work on the iPad Air 1, however, performance won't always be smooth (if you're working with 1080p footage, it should be ok, but with 4k, you might find it a bit slow - since you're shooting with a 5s, I think. you'll find it very usable). When you update to a new device, you can definitely get LumaFusion (you can install LumaFusion on any devices that are using the same Apple ID that you purchased it with). In fact when you get the new iPad, apple makes it easy to transfer everything over to the new iPad so you can pick up where you left off.

So... this is the Only project.. and now, I have no space on the iPad and I started with 16GB free?

Earlier today, I had 6GB free and now (even after dumping Music app, ALL music, some photos and videos etc..) I now am getting warnings from the ipad that I am on full GB usage??

I know you have only done one project, but how many are shown on your startup 'projects screen'?

What files are in your 'Deleted Files' directory on your iPad? (when you press delete, the files are moved there, but they are not deleted straight away)

Seems to be three now? And my Files folder, I am afraid I forced it to delete the files then I did a hard re-start on the iPad :/

Okay, I like the 'forced delete' bit (Files isn't very clever -yet)

You now have 3 versions of the project and 3 versions of the data!!

Do you know which of the 3 is the one you last restored (I guess it's the 3rd one) - it is according to the tag next to the filename

(I'm okay staying online if you are - this isn't gonna beat me!)

Well, the first one (top) is the original where the .mov file is now missing. The second is the optimised file I produced after this morning, when the app said try optimising... I have no idea what the third one is? And I am guessing that this is why (seeing as I have now 3) that I have no space left on the iPad at all!

But, the optimised files are just not as good tho, let me see if I can send you a screenshot..hang on

And yes..Im happy to sort this with your help, as long you are happy to assist?

OK, you see how crappy the keyed video looks now (I did video from Premiere and ‘corner pinned’ in effects to make the right size for the iPad sitting ion my desk. It works Really well..but in the original video not Optimised, I didn't get this issue

My biggest concern now Dave, is that even tho I have at least got the rescued OP files, there is literally NO space now on the ipad. So even if I this is a workaround, I cannot now upload a package to Google Drive to back it up
