Hi, me again. I have looked for an answer to my question below but have failed, hence I am asking for more assistance.

I understand how the transitions work, well sort of. I have no issue with adding a successful transition at the start of a clip. However to add one at the end of a clip, well the word inconsistent springs to mind. Some clips I am successful, some fail. Clearly it is “user error”but for the life of me I’ve looked and looked to see what I am doing wrong. Any inspiration would be great.

Have added a couple of screenshots. The image where the transition fails at the end of th clip, the burst for the start of the next clips works.

Thanks again.

Hi Jaybee

From the screenshots it looks like you’re doing it right

In the first one, the length of the transition is 0.01 seconds?!?

That’s a bit quick for my old tired eyes to see :D :D

Maybe try lengthening it by dragging to the left?

Let us know how you get on

Worked great. Thanks again.
One more technical question, hope you don’t mind.....

All my clips are on the timeline, but now for some reason it won’t play past a certain point of the whole project, whether it’s via the play button, or me scrolling it along. It just w t go any further 🤔🤔
Any help gratefully received.
