I'm probably late to the party on this, but I just learned about it, so I thought I would make a short post about it.
I'm just learning how to make animated titles in Keynote, then use them in a Lumafusion timeline. My objective is to do all of my editing in iOS on the iPad, so I created a couple of animated titles in Keynote on my iPad. I made two versions, one with the lettering in green, and one with the background in green. I then used the screen recording function, played the animated title, and created a video of the animated title. I then imported this into Lumafusion. I used the Chromakey function on the green colored items to create the title overlay and background overlay, respectively. A short video of the result is below.

Great video - I was informed that you could export keynote files to mov files, but apparently not for iPad- shame life would be easier...
Can you tell me how you saved it and imported it into LumaFusion? I have created a title in keynote but it won’t import into lumafusion. Thanks
While in Keynote, turn on the iOS Screen Record function (open up Control Center by swiping up, then select screen record). After the screen record session begins, go back to Keynote and select Play to play the animation. After the animation finishes, stop the screen record function. At this point, the video of the screen recording session should be in your camera roll, ready to select and use in a LumaFusion project.
Using Keynote animations is a great idea. Did you know with the most recent update to Keynote you can create line drawings and then animate them? Before seeing your posting I did a concept idea.

Okay. I'll bite. Where does Keynote now allow us to animate line drawings - I have been waiting for this feature for over a decade.
I am sorry for the long delay before response. I did not see the question. I made a quick demonstration of the steps to create a line drawing in Apple's Keynote and how to animate it.

Cool. Thanks for this video tutorial.
And you answered my question about controlling the speed. Apparently, others are asking about this too:
