Hi Axziel,

first VERY well done work! Cause I'm totally new here I'd love to participate from already pros like you. Is it right that you offer these title animations and they can be imported into the App then? How to and where can I get these?

Kind regards,

Frank

Hi Frank,
I’m glad you like it. First, I’m not even close to be a Pro, just starting to know this App like you :)
These are title animations not transitions per sé, but they do the trick. I’ll be posting them all free to the Luma community but it’ll take me some time because I’m at bed sick right now.

I’ll be posting links here so check back in a few days.

Alex

Apologies for hijacking this thread ....

Frank, ive tried to reply to your PM twice but it’s just sitting in my Outbox for some reason. So here’s the answer to your question

Hi Frank

Welcome (almost) to the forum

Because you've PM'd me (no problem) I can't include pictures in this answer :D

Start a new empty project
On the right hand side there is a + in a circle
Tap it to go to add clip
Half way down you will see 'Blank Clip' - tap it
It will add a 1 second blank/black clip - you can drag this to make it longer
You should now see the moments/albums
Tap albums
Tap videos
Drag a video clip to your timeline (to the right of your blank clip)
Scroll to the end of the video clip
Tap the + in the circle again
Tap 'Blank Clip' to add a blank clip to the end
Tap the sort of circular flower symbol above your videos to open 'Sources'
Tap on 'Transitions'
Drag the 'Cross Dissolve' transition over the cuts between the clips
(you can drag the size of the transition to change the fade in/fade out time)

That should get you what you are trying to do ... I think :D

Looking forward to your next post in the main body of the forum - it's a lot easier to respond that way and other people have good/different workflows

Hope you enjoy the app and don't be afraid to ask questions - there are no dumb questions - only dumb answers ... and I've given a few of those :D :D :D

Hi Dave,

many thx for that detailed explaination! I will try to and train a bit the following days. Fade in/out for sound I already found out ;-) All the rest (and more) step by step :-)

I'll let you know how it worked. Otherwise I may need some more support of this forum here.

Kind regards from Hamburg,

Frank
