Hello Danny,
The video bring back nice memory’s of North Japan, I go to the city Sapporo (Island called Hokkaido) to our other home. I really like North Japan, no one rude or in a hurry, I feel very relaxed in North Japan, which is very alien if you never visited before for.
You might as well be on Mars if your from say Europe, not much english speaking people or signs to get around when I first went their 10 years ago.
However I feel more relaxed in Sapporo rush hour on the tube than I would say in London Underground tube. Oh and th people smile more
Can you tell me where the wooded area is near the start of the video please.
Did you get time to try out the hot baths ? I think you are from China.
Also the drone footage, did you attach the camera to the drone ?
Did you use a gimbal while riding on the bikes ?
The video nicely clipped together and works well with the above clips of biking down the road, which drone did you use?
Regards Rob
Hi Rob,
Hokkaido is really a nice place. I’ve been there several times since year 2000. Getting more and more tourists and new developments there but still so relaxed to be there.
The wooded area at the start of the video is in Biei. The ‘panorama road’ and the ‘patched work road’ are nice to enjoy with a bike.
I did try the ‘onsen’ but not in this trip.
For the drone footage, I used the DJI Magic Pro which got a camera built-in already.
For the Bike footage, I used the Sony X3000 action camera which have optical image stabilization. No gimbal was used and the footages were pretty stable.
Thanks for your checking and comment!
Cheers,
Danny
