Hey guys, I have problems writing/downloading a movie. It always stops at nearly end, video duration is 4:13 long but it always stops around 4 minutes and if I delete footage let's say the last 30seconds it is fine but obviously no good to me. Any ideas why it doesn't let me download full content. And also sometimes between clips there s a disturbing sound for half a second or so even if I use transition..? Any help very much appreciated. Apologies if these are silly questions (new here) many thx in advance x

Hi FuFusion

There are no silly questions only silly answers but hopefully this is not one of them

First question - how much free space have you got? Although it's only a short video there is an additional 'overhead' required when rendering the file

Try rendering the file at a lower resolution and report back - that could help track down any problems

It sounds like there is something 'rogue' towards the end of your project

Try duplicating the project using the + on the project screen. Split the project in two and render each half separately to help narrow down where the problem is. If, for example its in the 'second half' of the project you might try splitting it again or maybe looking at each clip to narrow it down even more

(I'm presuming you've 'force closed' all apps and restarted your iThing)

Let us know how you get on

Hello FuFusion

reading your post i think you are exporting your video from the timeline, and it gets stuck at 4 minutes. Then if you remove the last 30 seconds of the video the export works.

Am i correct?

If so, there is a known issue when exporting clips that have the 'maintain audio pitch' set to on (clips that have had a speed change applied to them). If this is the case, turn that switch off and try exporting again.

As for the little pops or clicks you might hear, this is also a known issue that we are working on currently.
There is something that you might try, which is to move the audio which has the pop or click onto another track if possible. This sometimes helps.
