Post subject:  is it possible to create this kind of animation in LF?

Is there a was to create this type of animation in LF??
If so, could someone give me some guidance on how it might be created.
I can create this in fcpx but not sure LF can??

Maybe you could have an overlay title with the red curve on it and and use key frames to expose it by adjusting the edge trim. Sorry I haven’t time to explain further at the moment

thanks for your reply. i think i may just do this in fcpx. I really need to be able to create this type of animation but LF isn't there yet.

thanks for the reply.
i don't know how to do Marks method? what tools am i using inLF ? i need to match up the curve with the movement of the clubhead. not sure how to do that in LF.
it takes me 1 minute to do it in fcpx.

This is really complicated. Ideally I’d make a tutorial video for you but it’s not my thing. You might get some idea of techniques from this video

Also read the guide to learn about editing titles (objects like lines are added as titles), frame and fit, key frames etc
One thing to watch is that LumaFusion always rotates frames around the centre so if you want to rotate a line around its end the end must be in the centre of the frame although the frame itself can be offset
To gradually reveal a line you need to cover it with another overlay of the original video but cropped slowly to reveal the title and original video underneath.
Sorry this is quite complicated. If FCP takes less than a minute I’d use that (if I had a computer!)

I'm looking for an alternate way to edit without always having to do it on my mac a home. I'll take a look at the videos. Thank you for getting back.
