LumaFusion 1.7 is now available in the App Store. This update includes great new features like search and sort in the library, soft edges and curved corners in cropping, and our new integration with Storyblocks, a great royalty-free library of video, audio and sound effects. A sample of clips are included free, with a low-cost subscription available in-app for access to the full library

Backstory: I went on vacation and shot footage with an action camera, a 360 camera that allows me to convert footage to fixed video, and my iphone 8.
I have dumped all this footage in my ipad pro. The action camera and 360 camera's clock was not 100% in sync with my iphone clock -therefore the pictures & videos aren't in the best chronological order. I want to edit my material in the order events happened so went through the time consuming task of creating an album and reordered the photos/video.
Here's the trouble: When i open the folder withing LumaFusion they are not in the sequence i arranged.
I'm having to minimize the app, open the "Camera Roll", look at the image of what comes next, re-open the LumaFusion app, find the video by thumbnail image and then repeat for the next.

Question: Is there a way to get the photos and videos to be identified in the order arranged within an album folder?
Thank you for your assistance and reply,

Rob

I understand that sorting options are going to be available in the next LumaFusion update but until then here’s what works for me.

Open the Photos app and the Files app side by side on your iPad using the IOS multitasking feature.

In the Files app, create a project folder under the location On My iPad — LumaFusion — UserMedia.

Drag/Drop media from the Photos app to your project folder in the Files app and then rename your media using numbers in the chronological order that you want (i.e., 01, 02, 03, etc.)

Your media will now appear in LumaFusion in your project folder under Imported Sources sorted by file name.
