I'm sorry to hear about this difficulty. I believe we may be able to help get your project working, but we will have to ask you to send the project files to us (not the media).
Here are the instructions to do so:
You will need to download iExplorer from macroplant.com (it's free) and install it on your OS X or Windows system. When you start iExplorer with your iPad plugged in to your computer, it will show a list of all files on your iPad.
• Find “Pinnacle Studio” under “Apps” and click the arrow to open it.
• Find “Documents” under “Pinnacle Studio” and click the arrow to open it.
• Under Documents you should see “Projects" - click the arrow to open it.
• Find your project, then right click (or control + click on a mac) and use the Export to Folder command.
Once exported, please send your project to email@example.com
and we will look and see what is causing the crash and hopefully be able to send you a fixed version which you will add back to your iPad using iExplore.
