Hello AerialViews

Hmm, that is interesting. The only thing I would suggest is to use iMazing or iExplorer. I think that either of these apps have free versions and should allow you to look at files on your ipad or iPhone. If you have no current projects, then you could go into the LumaFusion app and find the RenderMedia folder and delete what ever you find there.

I also found out that those empty folder had a strange name that I never used:
- 1942_report (0 items)
- 1942_report-1 (0 items)

Hello AerialViews

These are temp folder names that we create but should get deleted. If you are using iMazing or iExplorer you could look inside these folders to see if anything is in them. Using either of those two apps will allow you to delete the folders. I have not been able to reproduce this issue on my iPad.

Please contact us if this situation happens again.

Thanks Androu!

I can't find the iMazing app on the App Store and I tried the iExplorer but I wasn't able to see folders for any app, if that is what the iExplorer can do.

BTW, I'm using an iPad Pro 9.7" 128gb. (latest iOS & Luma)

Hello AerialViews

ah! iMazing and iExplorer are apps that run on a mac laptop or desktop. I don't know of a file manager that will do the same sort of things on iOS.

Anyone else know?

Thanks Androu!

The iMazing software works great.

I was able to delete those "empty folders" but it happened they have two files inside (.txt and a font file). Those folder were from a Font I imported.

I also was able to delete all the files in the ReversedFiles (8gb)!

BTW, is it possible to import fonts files directly thru iMazing instead inside the app?

I've never tried that, but i would assume yes.

Probably, after adding those files, you should terminate the LumaFusion app and re-open it to refresh it.
