Making circles within LumaFusion.

I have thrown in some topics relating around the news about climate change.
Hopefully making you become more excited about animating.

Just remember it is not the tools that restrict your imagination, it’s the users willingness to overcome challenges and obstacles presented in there way.
Ps all audio, animation etc was produced on a tablet, even Major Clanger was filmed using a iPad Pro.

Regards Rob

Thanks Rob
I very much appreciate the time you have taken to explain your solution for making a circle. However, I could make a circle as you did, but, it is only a circle to your eye, not as in Photoshop a computer generated perfect circle every time. I wanted to make a circle for a project and because I couldn’t make a perfect circle in LumaFusion I thought I was missing a technique that would simplify the creation of a circle. So, it was more me not wanting to be beaten by the machine and trying to work all parts of the LumaFusion programme than anything else.
Hope we’re on the same wavelength, and you have the time to do a beginners guide to Vectornator.
Regards and thanks

Ok understand a little more, I do a tut in Vectornator for you as it is vector based.
Also if you do not know Vectornator coming to the desktop environment soon, like maybe even now.

Photoshop was about and I have used it for years until I updated to Catalina which deletes the use of 32 bit.
So photoshop now gone from my life, but yes understand about ease of use and draw a perfect circle in photoshop.

I hook up a keyboard to the iPad and I think they have keyboard short cuts in Vectornator for OS.
They will for sure in there desktop Vectornator.

So what is the project you are making ?
Ps I not post Vectornator tut here as it is LumaFusion based.
So subscribe to my YouTube for updates coming your way soon.
Or here https://asahiart.wordpress.com/

Hi Rob, I was trying to make some shapes and animate them for transitions and patterns on screen. I made up some stars by filling them with green and then giving them a white border. In chromakey I removed the star just leaving the border. My difficulty was making the perfect star shape. It was also difficult to make a perfect cross using the line in shapes, the vertical and horizontal being different dimensions, so rotating the duplicated horizontal line gave a cross with a longer vertical line. What I did make I put on this video, including a glitch effect and it was all made in LumaFusion.

You can find the video on my YouTube Channel - katangy176
The video is Sara’N’Junbug at Pitlochry (2)
