If you would like to create a video collage to include in your LumaFusion project, you can do it quickly and easily with an app called Pic Stitch.

This free app allow you to drag/drop both photos and videos into a multitude of layouts and aspect ratios.

Once the collage is created in Pic Stitch, it can be saved back to the Photos app (or other locations) where you can access it from LumaFusion to include in your overall project.

Happy Editing,
CappyLee

Pic Stitch is a great app to have in your editing arsenal to supplement LumaFusion. Very powerful for a free app. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pic-sti ... 68104?mt=8

Latest version seems to have issues. I’ve tried making one like the one you post here on both iPhone and iPad but it crashes 100% of the time on export. :(

Not sure what’s going on at your end. I just now created a collage video in Pic Stitch ver 7.8. This lastest version hasn’t been updated in 5 months. I then successfully exported to my Photos app. Sorry I couldn't help.

Great tip - worked for me. The funny thing I’ve had Pic Stich for years and it wasn’t until I saw your tip that I came to learn I could create video collages. Thx!

As a newbe with Lumausion I'm looking for a way to make an Music Collage video with my bigband friends you see a lot nowadays on internet due to the Corona crisis

Above mentioned suggustion might give me a lot of lipsync problems.

Can't this be done in Lumafusion itself. Have already 18 separate videos from most band members

Sync-ed the audio in Logic Pro but now the video :)

I am brand new Luma user, but am very interested in this topic. I have been crudely experimenting with "multi-track" audio, with multiple voice-over, and suspect the 6 videos plus 6 audio tracks allow great potential for me, but the PicStitch looks amazingly promising. I hope to use iPad for both combining remotely sourced videos sent from friends, and shooting myself with several different instruments to to a "video musical collage" to entertain friends and family. So, I will follow this thread with much anticipation. Thanks!

WOW! Just downloaded and tried PicStitch on the iPad, and am shocked at how easy and fast it was. OTOH, I have no idea how I might sync multiple clips’ audio, if that’s possible. The idea is to make multi-camera pseudo-session musical videos, as mentioned above by (sorry, can’t get back there now. 18 member big band, you said) and, more simply, just me playing one instrument, and then me playing another, and then me playing a third, and maybe singing. I suspect I can do it in lots of layers in Luma, but the app was so crazy-easy I thought I’d try. Also, very fast processing of completed movie!

Anybody done syncing with PicStitch videos?

Thanks!

David

Hi David,
First I made an audiotrack off our bandmembers send video’s and use this as guide track for the video. So audio is not the problem.

So I tried PicStitch but syncing the video is more guessing than math :) so is undoable to my opinion. Besides the free version is up to 6 video/picture. ( so could, with more control use Luma, instead) and the outcome wil be very static. Not able to change the layout our content (the pro version goes up to 16 but cost a way to much )

I could image all kind of work arounds to get there but that wil be very labour intensive. Plitting the separate video’s in separate projects per section ( trumpet / trombone / rythm ) and tranfer the to “new” master video track.

So stil looking for other options

Any recommondations ?
