Done using a combination of cropping, green screen and a lot of key framing.

I did it based on the basic ideas shared in this tutorial...


That plus a lot of trial and error. It works best if you make adjustments frame by frame. More work but the results are better.

It’s a pity that you can’t rotate the cropping area.
