LumaFusion 1.7 is now available in the App Store. This update includes great new features like search and sort in the library, soft edges and curved corners in cropping, and our new integration with Storyblocks, a great royalty-free library of video, audio and sound effects. A sample of clips are included free, with a low-cost subscription available in-app for access to the full library

Here’s how I copy media from my Photos app to a personal folder on my iPad and then to LumaFusion.

This demo was done in Airplane Mode just show that no cloud storage is involved in the process.

Note that media ends up in a LumaFusion Imported Source Folder named “iCloudDrive” as opposed to the normal ”iCloud Drive” folder.

Also note that if you delete media from the iCloudDrive folder, it still remains in a folder in the Documents app on you iPad

I hope this is helpful.

Hey hey Cappy,

I wanted to let you know that I REALLY appreciate all your video tutorials you have posted to this forum. I am saddened that you are not getting the kudos you deserve. I have picked up many new things watching each of your tutorials. I like how you skip the fluff and get right to the good stuff. The rolling edit video is my favorite so far.

In fact, I want to check out your tutorials on YouTube, but all your Luma tutorials are unlisted. I would appreciate if you created a new YouTube playlist and keep all your tutorials there (listed) - that would be awesome for me... being selfish at the moment:>

I really appreciate the kudos.

I don’t want to go Public on YouTube but here’s a link to my unlisted Playlist with the tutorials that I’ve posted on this forum. I hope this helps.
