1. Before place a clip onto the project timeline, you can preview the video and select mark in points. Can the preview be zoomed in?
The little timeline where you mark in and out in the source viewer cannot be zoomed in, however there are several gestures that will help. Swipe left and right on the preview to move 1 frame, swipe down on the preview to mark in, and swipe up to mark out.

2. Can you do slip edits by moving it frame by frame to get better accuracy? (Typing in frame numbers would provide the most accurate selection)
You can slip trim by opening the slip tool from the timeline toolbox - but one thing that most people don't know is that you can use the above gestures to move one frame at a time and mark a new in or new out

When creating a title and adding a image layer, when I click import image I can't see the local lumafusion import folder. Am I not seeing it?
After clicking import, you should see a list of sources like this:

There isn't really a LumaFusion Import folder, although I suspect that you are looking for the UserMedia folder which is an auto-generated folder filled with media you import from one of these same locations? This would be nice

I will add a request.

4. Can you add to the selection of images when creating a title?
I think it is supposed to do that. I am going to have to check. I thought it used to do when you imported a photo.

5. When adjusting the contrast/brightness/balance of a video, is there a histogram type edit similar to what you see with image editors?
No we don't have a histogram yet, but it is on our list.
