Hi,

I bought a drone a couple of days ago (Hubsan h501s advanced)
A beginner drone with a 1080P camera without stabilizing.

Does lumafusion can be used to add some stabilizing? (I can't find it)
If not can it be added to the backlog and what apps can you advice?

Just some raw footage: https://youtu.be/426LS9TyLNk

In 6 weeks we're going to Tuscany again to shoot some video for a friend of us.
This will be edited with lumafusion of course ;-)

Kind regards Marco

Hi Marco.
While stabilization is not yet realized in LumaFusion, I can advise you to stabilize the original clips in the Deshake or Emulsio applications.
The strength of the stabilization effect depends on the trimmed area of the edges of the original clip. The value of this stabilization zone can be adjusted.
As far as I know, the proposal to add the video stabilization function has already been added to the application development base.
All requests are posted in a separate section of the forum:  Report Bugs and Request Features

I processed this video with the applications of Denoise and Deshake and send the result to TS.
The settings were as follows:

Hello Marco

Welcome to the forum.

I hope you will share your Tuscany videos when you make them, and I'm very happy that you will be editing them with LumaFusion.

LumaFusion doesn't have image stabilization at the moment. It is something that is on our to-do list and at some point we will have it.

In the meantime, there are several video stabilizing apps available. Go to the App Store and do a search for 'video stabilizer'.

Other people on the forum have used some of these apps and perhaps they will respond to this post with recommendations.

regards

Androu Morgan

Great reply lumaluke, thanks for that!
I will invest a couple of euros for deshake ;-)
And i will fly with no expert mode when filming, the drone will react less on the sticks.

@Androu,
Thanks for the welcome, but i'm a member for some years ;-)...once i won an ipad with lumafusion ;-)

Again...great response and thanks for the adjusted video!

Kind regards Marco
