Alright, I tried searching the forums and YouTube, but I'm not easily able to find an answer to my question, so I thought I would ask here:

Is there a way, or best practice, to get the audio (music/song) to match the exact length of the video? In other words is there an easy way to snap the music/song into place to be equal in length to the video.

For example, my video on the timeline is 30 seconds, and I add a three-minute music/song audio file. Now, the music/song is obviously much longer than the video.

So, I drag the end of the song (trim) to about where the video ends (in this case the 30-second mark). But sometimes it seems like my trim has the song just a little bit longer or a little bit shorter in length compared to the video.

Is there a way to make sure the audio (music/song) is exactly the same length as the video? In other words, is there a way to snap it into place?

Hello PresidentJade

Here is the best way to do this

Jump to the end of the video clip
Then tap on the scissor button on the right tool bar.

Then delete the unwanted end of the music clip.

Thank you so much for the super fast reply. Although I should have thought of this, at least now I know the best practice for doing this!

Again, thank you! :)
