Dear all,

I've had a few requests on how to blur out faces/number plates etc. so I made this tutorial which uses Pixelmator (currently 75% off on App Store) in order to do this:
phpBB [video]

Hope it is of some help,
Eliot

Great tutorial!

Question: the info button which is mentioned at the beginning of this tutorial no longer exists as far as I can see. Where do I find the clip's properties now?

As it turns out, you can also use a blank shape from the title generator to do the same effect by sizing and moving the shape via key frames throughout the clip.

Yes you're right Greg, much easier

When Eliot did his tutorial that option didn't exist!

Proves things are changing fast with LumaFusion

Anyny chance of some kind soul sketching in a little more granularity on how to do this?

Hi PRovision

This is how the process works using a title (I just picked one and deleted the text)

Put your main video on track 1
Put your title on track 2
Tap track 2 to select it then tap edit to allow you to edit it
Drag/resize the title to where you want it
Add a keyframe
Move the title to where you want it next
Add a keyframe
Move the title where you want it next
Add a keyframe
And so on ...

Thanks Dave, but sorry... I can't see where the blur comes in. I'm just stupid I guess.
