Wow that’s a massive amount of editing. Well done. What tools would you like to make the process easier?
For context, I record multi-cam with the dual mics routed to one camera for perfect audio sync.
I enjoy the fill from left/right channel config options, but often a stereo to mono or a simple stereo width might be plenty. The same end result without having to split off the left and right into dual mono tracks. Needing to use fewer audio tracks frees up resources for layering music, etc.
A dead simple high pass that can be placed at the very beginning of the audio chain would probably cure most people’s clicky cross fades. Also, the existing high pass fader makes it difficult to dial in very low frequency values and tapping + or - moves in teenie tiny amounts.
I can imagine an all-in-one “channel strip” type plugin would be popular. Incorporate a hp filter, a few bands of basic sweepable eq, and simple dynamics. Open AU support is nice
but possibly overkill.
Worth saying I bought my iPad Pro just to edit video on LumaFusion, so consider me a fan. I’ve been aiming for 100% mobile for years now. Any tools that mean I don’t ever have to touch a laptop are super welcome!
Oh, one last thing. The native iPadOS Files app corrupts my video files when moving them on and off the iPad to external storage - if you could add copy/paste options to your own file browser, that would be amazing!
