I edit / trim heavily inside the Timeline. Beyond moving the arrows, is there a more precise way to trim clips inside the timeline. One way is to click on alt-[ BUT this requires a keyboard. Is there a keyboard-less to set the ins and outs? Thanks,

In the preview window, swiping left or right increases or decreases the position of the play head on the video clip one frame at a time, you can then set your in and out points.
In the timeline, triple tap to get to single frame level and then you can use the arrows to trim the clip back and forth one frame at a time.
