How did you create an optimised copy of the project please?
What is the footage taken on?
Does this help:

Thanks for the response!
I selected the project in the project selector and then tapped the little filter/“Y” icon between the Copy and Trash icons at the bottom of the screen. LumaFusion then did its thing and went through and optimized/copied all media, etc., creating a separate project with “opt” at the end of the name. I get the same error when trying to export a project package from the optimized version as well.
The footage is 4K video shot on a Sony a6300 camera. It’s the same format and device as literally hundreds of other clips and projects I’ve created and I’ve never had this issue before.
The info at the link you posted is definitely good to know, but doesn’t really apply here because I’m not trying to export a movie. That I can do fine. It’s when I try to export the project package with either full or trimmed media that everything craps out. That error seems to pop multiple times and, while I haven’t counted to be sure, may be popping up the number of times that corresponds to the number of clips I have in the project.
Really bizarre stuff and never happened until the most recent LumaFusion update.
