LumaFusion 2.0 is now available in the App Store. This is a massive new update that doubles the number of tracks for video and audio, streamlines the user interface, and much more.

I placed a video clip in the timeline and a green bar with “adjustments-1” appeared in its place. I took a screenshot. The video clip was altered in Flow Speed Control app. It saves the clip as .mov which shouldn’t be an issue for LumaFusion. I am using it on my iPad Pro 2018.

I see from the right hand side that the clip is downloading from somewhere. What does it say when the clip has downloaded?

Never noticed that. It’s downloading from my photos on my iPhone. As I said, it was an altered clip done in a third party app. So maybe a larger file size? But, it still hasn’t downloaded or changed. Whenever I import speed ramp clips from that third party app it doesn’t work property. LumaFusion PLEASE update with speed ramping SOON!

This is days later and looks like it isn’t trying to download. How do I get rid of this “adjustments”?

How are you importing it from the other app?

So you’re uploading to photos from the other app and then downloading from photos?

Knowing Apple ... it may take a while longer than it seems :D

It still hasn’t changed from “adjustments” I’ve never had this problem before. I’m wondering if that 3rd party app is the problem. Why can’t LumaFusion just add an update that includes a workaround for speed ramping??? It’s such a widely used edit.

Yes speed ramping would be nice and has often been requested. I’ve just tried the Speed Flow Control app and it seemed to import ok but I suspect you have some compatibility problem. Maybe the original shots were from another device. Have you tried optimise and consolidate in the projects page? You probably can’t reshoot the event? but maybe you could experiment with using the Shortcuts app Encode Media action to reformat the original shots.
