Hi everyone, I would like to ask you a question.
I usually record MP4 clips with multiple audio track (one for Gameplay and the other for the microphone).
However, when I go to import the file into LumaFusion, I can only hear the first track and not the second.
If instead I import the file into Premiere as I usually do, the MP4 file is imported correctly, showing me the two audio tracks.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import MP4 files with multiple audio tracks in LumaFusion?
Thanks! ;)

Here's the answer I got:

There's a number of answers depending on exactly how and where they made the recording. The thing they want to do first is to open the clip into the audio editor in LumaFusion. Tap on configuration and then choose the audio track you want to use. If he wants to use both audio tracks, then duplicate the audio clip and use configuration to choose the different tracks.

Let us know how you get on

Thanks so much! I solved the problem by duplicating the audio track (with a triple tap on the source video), opening the second track that i create with a double tap and selecting the source.
Just like you and customer care described me.
Thanks again, now the app is practically perfect for editing my video on the go :D
