OK so LumaFusion has an annoying snap to some imaginary grid making it impossible for me to sync an audio track with a video track. The audio track will not set freely so I can match up audio markers. It either lands just before or just after the position I need it to be at. Is there a way to turn off any snapping so I can freely move the audio track to exactly where I want it?

*Edit: Managed to get the timing down to around 1/2 sec difference by cutting down video and audio length till I could get a decent match. Is it because the audio cannot move in smaller increments than 1 second on the timeline?

Hi Holiday

Have you zoomed right in on your timeline (I assume you have) that sometimes helps to line things up

Yeah, I max zoomed. It's more a matter of how "free" can the audio clip be placed against the video clip.

If y understand correctly your problem, you have to unlink tne sound track with the video.

The audio can move with a incrememt of 1 frame and not 1 second.

Has anybody found a way to sync audio perfectly yet? I’m having the same issue with my audio track snapping in frame increments and I can only get my audio to be either just behind or just after the exact point where I need it.

Maybe if you change the frame rates up
for example:project default is 24fps
from settings you can change it to 25fps or 30fps
In this case you have few more frames to move out.
