At first u need a keyboard 4 that. Then just select ur clip, park your playhead where u want to trim off (use arrow keys for stepping 1 frame l/r) and hit alt+[ or ].

Hi KonLat and Janci

See the manual, page 20

Jump and Single Frame Step Backward

• Tap the Jump Back button to jump to the previous Mark or the start of the clip.
• Double-tap the Jump Back button to jump directly to the start of the clip.
• Press-and-hold Jump Back button to begin single-frame stepping backward.

Hi

You will find the manual very useful ....

Pre-Trimming Clips
You can pre-trim a video or audio clip in order to insert just a portion of the clip to the timeline.
• Tap on a video clip in the Library.
• Drag the blue trim handles in the filmstrip, or scrub using the jog wheel, and then tap on the
mark-in and mark-out buttons or swipe up or down in the preview to mark in or out.
• Drag from the Preview to the timeline.
A trimmed clip is indicated in the library by blue brackets [00.00] with the trimmed duration.
