Yes it is possible to do a digital pan with LumaFusion. You would have to scale into your footage and then adjust the position of your image and keyframe the direction you want it to move. But the additional thing you need, is the motion blur that the camera causes when panning, you would need to utilize another feature that LumaFusion doesn't provide.

Apps like Premiere have a basic way of pulling something like this off (Here's a an example of one way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxMzUiI-HLI). But the preferred way I would accomplish something like this would be to utilize After Effect's motion blur options.

Currently LumaFusion does not offer motion blur options similar to those apps.

Not a problem...

LumaFX does not provide motion blur features. The app allows you edit and customize your media in many ways including color, framing, resizing, speed, and more. But motion blur is not a feature that's included.
