 Post subject: Audio Ducking two tracks

I am looking to get some advice on whether I can use Audi Docking on two additional tracks to the master, each with with its own ducking volume level? I sketched out below what i am trying to achive. Ny advice, is this the best way?

I hope I am right

Swap the background and voiceover placement. Double tap the voiceover and got to the audio tab. Under configuration set it to master. Do the same to the background track but set it to auto

If I am wrong I am sure one of the gurus can correct me
