Hi

Dropbox login screen keeps disappearing. Video explains better, shows OneDrive and google drive working fine. Any ideas?

And delete install does nothing - Dropbox sign in just disappearing. All other cloud services seem to be working.

Hi

I've just exported and reimported a 4k project using dropbox with no problems (except it took an age) on my iPhone

What version of the app are you using?

Have you tried restarting your iThings? (I didn't restart mine)

Have you tried logging out and back in to Dropbox? (I didn't do that)

Hello everyone

We are not sure why this problem suddenly started between the app and dropbox. We're still investigating, but it might be that dropbox changed something on their end that has caused it to break. You probably won't see the problem as long as you don't sign out of Dropbox, then sign back in.

The workaround is to install the Dropbox app on your device and log into it there.

For export from LumaFusion, you would choose Other App / Airdrop. When the destinations panel opens, choose Dropbox.

For import you would use the FILES app. Navigate to dropbox in the Files app, select the clips that you want to import, then choose save to Files (don't choose copy or open in LumaFusion). It will prompt you for a location to put the files, Navigate to: On My iPad \ LumaFusion \ UserMedia \ then choose a folder that you have there or just drop them in the UserMedia folder.

It will be fixed in the next release - it's in Beta at the moment

In the meantime you will need to use Androu's workaround as detailed in posts above
