LumaFusion 1.7 is now available in the App Store. This update includes great new features like search and sort in the library, soft edges and curved corners in cropping, and our new integration with Storyblocks, a great royalty-free library of video, audio and sound effects. A sample of clips are included free, with a low-cost subscription available in-app for access to the full library

I’m hoping to try to suggest the following

Can we get folders per project with media file names named per project and clip location (eg media-project-alpha-clip-2m13s)?
Also this would open up the ability to easily export media, copy and paste clips used often ( eg intros, clip highlight eg goals of the year for sports parents etc), backup selections of media ( eg set of clips of project), and backup media with some idea as to a clips origin (location time project). When offsite ie off the iPad or phone

Right now naming files for clips is like media-001 which is similar for most projects. There is no project name, clip location time or any info to help those who want a bit more than the project archive

Not sure if it’s doable but would really help us who want clip backup/ export and copy paste between projects.

Hello Gusto

thanks for your thoughts on all this.

I've added this note to our database.

I've been using iMazing to organize my media. Of course this means that I'm organizing it on a hard drive using my Mac. Then I copy my folders and clips over to the User Media folder on my iPad. They show up in the 'Imported' library in LumaFusion and of course are available for any timeline. It helps to keep things more organized, and I'm not reliant on the idiosyncrasies of the Photos app.
