Hi there

I am recording interview videos, channel 1 is one subject and channel 2 is the interviewer. One goes on left track and the other on the right, pretty standard. Is there a setting when exporting to mux the two so they are the same so both it is mono audio? I know there is full from right/left but I thought there was a setting somewhere to export movie with mono audio.

Thanks!

Hello bluepythons

The way to do this is to triple tap on the video clip so that you seperate out the audio.
Open the video clip in the audio editor. Raise the level of the audio back to where ever you want it, then configure the audio to Fill from Left.
Then open the audio clip in the audio editor and configure it to Fill from Right.

Now both audio source tracks are playing back on both output tracks. Mono.

Hope this helps

regards

Androu Morgan

I tried that but then the volume and audio quality goes down. I can post example videos if that helps.

My feature request would be on export an option to select mono or stereo audio.
