Howdy.

Been watching the tutorials and notice my menus don’t look the same as the tutorials. Did something change? Trying to keep up. Thought I had the basics figured out till I watched the tutorials. Thanks!

Hi Rvrrat14

What version were you on previously?

Can you post a screenshot for us?

I’m running the latest - 1.5

Several areas are not the same and it seems like the windows are configured differently as far as location. Just a general question to see if anyone else has this same experience. Was watching the 1.5 update tutorial and could not follow what she was talking about because I was trying to find the same settings she had on the screen.

The five modes on the bottom of the edit screen; mine only shows 4
Added menus on the right side bottom
Added command on the upper right to download the clip into the editor instead of drag/drop like video.

A few more details might be helpful:

1. What device are you using? iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Pro, iPhone 7, 7+, SE, or whatever. Interface items may present differently on different devices; I think most of the tutorials I’ve seen were captured from iPads, so if you’re using it on an iPhone, it may look quite different.

2. Can you post screen grabs of your interface? You could even mark up the screenshot to show where your issues are; this makes it a lot easier than trying to understand verbal descriptions of a visual interface.

3. Could you point to the tutorials in question? It’s possible they were created with earlier versions of the app, and things have changed quite a bit since its first release.

Also, if you have any specific questions about using it, I find the community here is very responsive.

IPad Air 2 on IOS 11.2.2

Thought this would be a quick question. Sorry for the uproar. I’m sure it has to do with Beta’s of 1.5 and some changes took place by deployment time. No time presently to make screen shots, etc. to post here. Sorry.

I do like the info I’m able to search and read here. I’m enjoying learning LumaFusion. Thanks again.

Sorry everyone. I am behind on re-making the tutorials.

I hope to get them re-voiced and re-captured soon.
