I want to detach the audio from a video clip in the timeline so that I can move it independently. I hit “detach” then “unlink” and looks like it has worked, but when I try to move the audio the video moves along with it (see link). What am I missing or is this a known bug?

Hello Terence

I don't know if you have had this issue resolved or not, so I'm going to answer your question.

It looks like you are not picking up the audio clip. Take a look at this link

The little blue dot shows you where I am touching the interface. In the first instance, I am not touching the audio clip at all and all I am doing is moving the timeline left and right.
In the second instance (of the blue dot) I touch and hold the audio clip and simply move it to another location. I don't have to select unlink necessarily (in the video I don't unlink anything).

Hope this helps

Androu Morgan
