How do we upload a png from our iPads to this forum? It will only allow jpg, but when taking screenshots in an iPad, they are saved in PNG. Thus, I can't show you my error via screenshot.

You are correct .. if I grab from my iPad I have to add the screenshot using my Mac

Hoping to upload a png from my iPad Pro - when I try, I get this error from this forum

"Image file type mismatch: expected extension jpg but extension png given."

So the image you see here is from my IpadPro and I'm responding to this post on my iPadPro too.

When you attach the file, tap the button that says "place inline". This is how I did it.

That's the process I follow too (like Rose) but I get the same message

Works fine on the Mac
