As a VJ, I have a big collection of gifs, and I want to use it in my compilations.
Please add this feature!
Thanks!

Did this ever get implemented?
It would be a fantastic workaround to get animated lower thirds with transparency since ios doesnt allow alapha channels in video

I was also looking to add an animated GIF to a project. I found an app that allowed me to create an avatar for myself. It even lets me customized the avatars (called EmojiMe). When I imported the GIF into LumaFusion only the first frame shows through the video. While this is cool, I was hoping for all of the Gif frames would display.
The ability to have animated Gif's in the video would be a great new feature in the next version.
