Post subject:  Workflow-avoid using camera roll

confession: I am a long time PC user. I am doing how to you tube tutorials. Shooting with reg camera for A roll and iPhone phone for B roll. There not bad. All the iPhone vids of course are saved in camera roll on my phone. When I go to the camera roll to select what I want to use there is no file name visible to separate which is which. Since they all look the same, its real problem. It seems like apple has chose to keep the screen it sqeeky clean rather than help me define or describe each video. I can’t believe this is there system. Love the iPad and its processing power but there has to be a work around to this major oversight. For now I export the to g-drive so I can tag them. Newby. What do you guys do?

Yes, Apple kinda sucks with these "Easter eggs"...

Here is how to find the filename in 2 clicks:

1) Click the share sheet option (top right icon - a rectangle with an arrow pointing up)...
2) Click the Save to Files option...

Boom: filename displays in the top-center of the screen.
