We've implemented a new system which makes it easier to manage customer support. As part of this new system, we're making a couple of small changes to the forums to renew their focus on community discussions, and to lead users who need support to our support page and email, so that we can help them resolve issues and proceed with their projects quickly and efficiently.
- Frequently Asked Question forums will be removed, and can be found instead on our support page at https://luma-touch.com/support
. This makes it easier for us to manage frequently asked questions and link to them in responses to customer support questions.
- The "Report Bugs & Request Features" forums will be renamed to "Discuss questions, bugs, and features". We will still monitor these for new bugs regularly, but we request that you email us at email@example.com
